The Retreat Centre is a very beautiful and peaceful place. There are two acres of gardens, hot tubs, a swimming pool, a meditation cave, and superb views of the ocean, whales and sunsets. Rooms are furnished in tropical style, bamboo etc. The centre provides a superb breakfast of tropical fruits, breads, muffins, cereals, eggs etc. It has excellent facilities for self-catering at lunch or suppertime, or you may choose to eat out at one of Hawaii's excellent restaurants or cafes. We will cook and eat together at the centre on two evenings.

Surrounded by tropical vegetation, coconut palms and towering bamboo gently swaying in the wind, the grounds sit on a cliff 300 feet above the ocean, providing one of the most spectacular views on Hawaii. Magnificent sunrises over the ocean cast red and gold light on Haleakala Crater.
