Opening to Intimacy

The weekend offers a gentle, powerful way to re-discover yourself as a sensual and spiritual being, to live with more awakeness, joyful aliveness and presence. It invites the possibility for more passionate connection with ourselves and others. A deeper yes to all that you are, all that others are and a surrender to all that is in existence.

Our habitual and often unconscious patterns - which we believe can protect us - frequently become barriers to intimacy with the people we meet, with our loved ones, with our own being, and with spirit. Our alchemical work will include meditations, guided structures, and open sharing circles which open your heart allowing trust, confidence and sensitivity. This can lead us into real friendship with and acceptance of those limiting patterns - in ourselves and others - and into an opening beyond them. Men and women will spend some time separately with their own sex.

The invitation is to shed limitations and realise more deeply the peace and power of presence. You are guided on a journey to reconnect with our feelings and reclaim our natural wholeness, into the realms of touching and being touched physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

You will re-member how to be more and more fully present with the person you are with, to create safety and holding, how to be more intimate with your own being, more fully honouring of all you are and of what life is bringing you now, how to surrender more and more to your essence. It is a very powerful liberation and healing to be in circles like this, sharing and responding, nourishing each other, celebrating being together in the way we all need deeply and can claim again for ourselves.

Through opening to our natural innocence we free ourselves into playful, joyful and loving relating into reconnection with the depths of being and with all that is.
