Huna is possibly the most direct link with the ancient wisdoms, the Truth of life, and a direct path to revealing the essence of the love that we are. There is an energetic transmission which happens in these gatherings

Huna is a very complete esoteric body of ancient Hawaiian teachings; the purpose of which is to increase life force energy, balance the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies and empower the individual to become more of who they are, to let go of limitations and increase love and light.

It is impossible to convey the beauty of sharing and learning in the group and every group is different as life is ever changing, but here is a brief summary of some of the content of what will be explored in a retreat.

The healing energy of this retreat has to be experienced to be believed. Be ready for miracles! Much of the teaching on the Huna retreat will take place outside in nature. Joy has facilitated retreats in the Hawaii an islands of Maui and Big island for ten years and for the last twenty years has visited the islands every year. She is at present considering whether to make trainings available in Hawaii in future. For now she wishes to work more locally, in very beautiful and pristine parts of Britain and Europe, as a response, without judgement, to current trends and social concerns.
