This is a shamanic journey into a deep connection with the elements. We become more and more deeply connected to the essential qualities of earth, air, fire, water and I’o, consciousness. Huna means ‘the hidden
knowledge that brings the light’, its practice allows us to see into the essence of the love and light and truth at the core of all that is. The elements arise from there and are how we create reality and realize our oneness with nature and all things. Through individual, pair and whole shamanic circle work, some of it in nature, we will learn that all of us can flow the elements for the purpose of changing our state and that of others, for making a particular situation work more easily, for energising intentions for manifestation, for enhancing our perception of the truth of any situation and for resting more easily in stillness, however active and busy our lives appear.
