This is a shamanic journey into a deep connection with the elements. We become more and more deeply connected to the essential qualities of earth, air, fire, water   and    I’o, consciousness. Huna means ‘the hidden

knowledge that brings the light’, its practice allows us to see into the essence of the love and light and truth at the core of all that is. The elements arise from there and are how we create reality and realize our oneness with nature and all things. Through individual, pair and whole shamanic circle work, some of it in nature, we will learn that all of us can flow the elements for the purpose of changing our state and that of others, for making a particular situation work more easily, for energising intentions for manifestation, for enhancing our perception of the truth of any situation and for resting more easily in stillness, however active and busy our lives appear.

We are elemental beings, skin, bone, heart, eyes, all are made of earth, air, fire, water and all arise out of I’o, spirit, ether. This is an opportunity to deepen our realisation that life and our beings are an ocean of energy. Then every experience is simply an invitation to open to our aliveness, the mystery of being. We naturally become self-healers and a source of healing for others.

The shamanic journey is an ancient and profound way of resting in truth. The journey offers a proven and powerful method for accessing ilife’s innate intelligence and aligning with life this way heals.

Travel through time into the future to explore what energies are coming our way in the next few crucial years, around which so much has been written. Many prophecies point to the next few years as a time of change. We can see this with climate changes and worldwide financial upheavals. This is the time to re-dream, re-frame, re-imagine and re-create our lives. Future viewing in a group is a fascinating way of seeing into the most probable future so we can be alert to how things are unfolding.

There is a great need now to make our own individual connections with the Source and re-empower ourselves. To accept responsibility for our lives, our connection to spirit, our health, our actions in the world, and most importantly our actions regarding our home, Mother Earth.

We are Caretakers of the Earth. We are the one species with  knowledge of Self, and thus the power of conscious choice. We are challenged as never before to awaken to oneness with All  and to use our vast power wisely.
