Participants in workshops are of all ages, from 20s to 70s, singles and couples, men and women, and from all backgrounds and professions, from students to mothers to merchant bankers. What we all share who wish to sit in these circles is a desire to create private and sacred space in our lives where we don’t have to do anything, where we can BE. Be all that we are and through that open to the essence, the mystery of creation, the silence. We share a willingness to journey within, to expand our horizons, and a profound and maybe sometimes only partly conscious intention to live with awareness, joyful aliveness and presence.
This is a call to the part of you that remembers the vitality and vibrance you feel when you release yourself from all that which says 'I'm too tired, haven’t got time, too stressed, too bored, can't be bothered, it’s not for me.......', when you open and fall into life’s essence. When we gather together with intention we create opportunities for powerful healing. So how ever you are feeling you are welcome to come and be with it all in the circle, that potent symbol of the holding that Love and Truth gives to whatever wave of feeling, dilemma, struggle, joy, aloneness, that needs to find expression in us, meditations, silence, movement, voicework and structures, transform it through the energy of really being here, fully present with yourself and others.
This is a space where for once the call of the world to be good, to be better, to change, to impress, to have an opinion, does not reach. Real meetings are possible. Emptiness is possible. Joy is possible. Clarity is possible. Comfort is possible. Seeing old patterns is possible. Awakening to who you truly are is possible. Letting go and experiencing the wonder of life here, now, whatever is arising, is possible. And how wonderful to gather with those who also love this! So we set ourselves and others free.
What happens? Join us in………A sacred space, held with integrity and safety, for you to let go of all that limits your connection with the silence of the heart, where there is simply being here, aliveness, openness. The experiential elements may include meditations, verbal sharing in a circle or in pairs, circle work with likeminded people, and pair and small group structures, family systems work, eye contact, and some gentle physical contact, all with the intention to bring you closer to being, to your own authentic Truth.. The spirit of the evening is one of open honesty, caring, gentleness, playfulness, respect, inner observation, release of limitations and connection, resting in deeper silence. As in all workshops, you always have choice as to whether, and to what degree, you engage in a particular structure or contribute to our circle. The breakthroughs I have the privilege to witness in this work astound, amaze and delight me over and over again. I thank the growing community of fellow travellers this work attracts over and over again, who know the value of deepening friendship and trust and honest reflection that comes from sitting in these circles as part of their being’s endless unfolding, who know life’s infinite generosity in its response to our deepest intentions for love and surrender and opening.
